What Orsola can do for you
What Orsola actually does for you day to day, what it cannot do, and what it costs to find out.
The short version
Orsola is an assistant you write to. You ask for something in your own words — read this, draft that, remind me on Friday — and it does the work and writes back.
Two things make it more than a chat window. It can reach accounts you connect to it, so it can look through your mail, your calendar and your files instead of only what you paste in. And it keeps working after you close the tab, so anything slow, or anything you asked for next Tuesday, comes back to you when it is ready.
What people use it for most
- Reading things. Add a contract, a report or a spreadsheet and ask what is in it, what changed, or what you should be worried about.
- Writing things. Replies, summaries, outlines and first drafts, in your words and with the detail you give it.
- Meetings. Record one and get the transcript, a summary, and the list of things people agreed to do.
- Remembering for you. Ask once and have it happen on Friday, or every Monday morning.
- Receipts and spending. Send it a receipt and it pulls out the amount, the date and the category.
- What you eat. Photograph a meal or scan a barcode and it logs it, checks it against your allergies, and keeps track of your goals.
- Finding things. One question across your connected mail, calendar and files instead of three apps.
What it cannot do
- It cannot see what you have not given it. Until you connect an account or attach a file, it knows only what is in your message. Connecting an account is what changes that.
- It is not always right. Numbers, dates, names and anything in quotation marks are worth checking yourself, especially before you send them to somebody else.
- It does not guess at things that cannot be undone. Sending an email, changing your calendar, ringing somebody, replacing a file — each of those is shown to you first and waits for you to press the button. When Orsola checks with you first has the list.
- It is not a person. When you need one, get in touch with us and a human answers.
What it costs to try
Nothing. The Free plan costs nothing a month and gives you 1,000 credits a month and one connected account.
Credits are how the work is measured: 100 credits is a dollar's worth. A short question costs very little. Reading a long document, or processing a recording, costs more. What credits are, and what uses them goes through it properly.
Not everything is on the Free plan. Recording meetings, logging expenses, nutrition and talking to Orsola out loud are on every plan. Building your own agent starts at Pro, and your own Orsola phone number is on Max. The plans, and what each one includes has the full table.
Where to go next
If you have not signed up yet, set up your account — it takes about ten minutes including the email you have to confirm. If you are already in, ask your first question.
