Talk to a person
How to reach the support team, and what to include so we can help the first time.
Check here first — it is usually faster
Not to put you off, but a written answer you can read now beats a reply tomorrow. If any of these is your problem, the page will very likely settle it:
- Cannot sign in?
- Why can't I send a message?
- File will not upload, or Orsola ignored it?
- My reminder did not run
- Five checks that fix most things
Send us a message
Go to the Support Center and use Still Need Help? Send Us a Message. Choose a topic, describe the problem, and send.
That opens a real ticket with our support team, and we reply within 24 hours.
Pick the right topic
The topic decides who picks it up, so it is worth thirty seconds:
| Topic | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Billing | Payments, invoices, plans, credits, refunds, cancellations |
| Technical | Something broken — errors, uploads failing, a page that will not load |
| Product | How something works, or a suggestion for how it should |
| General | Questions about your account or about Orsola itself |
| Other | Anything that genuinely fits nowhere above |
What to include so we can help first time
Nearly every slow ticket is slow because of a first reply asking for these. Putting them in the first message usually saves a day:
- What you were trying to do, in one sentence.
- What happened instead, and the exact wording of any message on screen. Word for word beats a paraphrase — the wording is often how we identify the cause.
- When it started, and whether it ever worked.
- Where — the browser or the phone app, and whether you tried another one.
- What you have already tried, so nobody suggests it again.
Never send us your password. We do not need it and will never ask for it.
Attach a screenshot
A picture of the screen, including any error, is the single most useful thing you can add.
The form takes one image, up to 5 MB — JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF. If you have several, put them in one image, or send the clearest and mention the rest.
Do check the screenshot before sending: it may contain mail, calendar entries or documents you would rather not share.
Where to go next
While you wait, five checks that fix most things is worth a pass — the answer to the fifth one is useful to us either way.
