Report something that looks wrong or unsafe
Tell us about a harmful answer, an account you do not recognise, or something that should not be there.
A wrong or harmful answer
Orsola can be confidently wrong, and occasionally it says something it should not. Both are worth reporting — we cannot fix what we do not see.
Particularly worth telling us about:
- Advice that could cause harm if somebody followed it.
- A confident, specific claim that is simply false — an invented quote, statistic or source.
- Anything offensive or inappropriate.
- Anything that looks like someone else's private information.
Use talk to a person with the Product topic, and include what you asked and what came back, as exactly as you can.
Something in your account you do not recognise
Treat this as urgent. Do these first, before contacting us — they take five minutes and they stop anything in progress:
- Sign out of every device.
- Change your password to something you have not used anywhere else.
- Turn on two-step verification if it is not already on.
- Open Integrations and remove any connected account you did not connect.
Then tell us, with the Technical topic: what you saw, when you noticed, and that you have already done the four steps. Do not wait for our reply before doing them.
Things worth a second look while you are there: conversations you did not start, scheduled jobs you did not create, and charges you do not recognise on Billing.
A recording or file that should not be there
If a recording captured something it should not have, or a file contains something that does not belong to you, remove it first — deleting a meeting removes its audio and transcript permanently, and it is your account, so you do not need permission.
Then tell us if somebody else's information was involved, so we can check nothing else needs doing. Before you record other people covers the recording case in more detail.
What to send us
- What happened, in your words, and when.
- The exact wording of anything on screen, or of the answer you are reporting.
- A screenshot if you have one — one image up to 5 MB. Check it before sending; it may show more of your account than you intend.
- What you have already done about it.
Never send your password, and never send a full card number. We will never ask for either.
Where to go next
Talk to a person is the form itself, including which topic to pick and how long a reply takes.
