Start here: five checks that fix most things
Not sure what broke? Five quick checks that clear most problems, then where to go next.
Reload, and sign out and back in
Start here even when it feels too simple. A page left open for a long time can be showing you a state that has since been fixed, and a notice can outlive the problem it was describing.
- Reload the page.
- If that changes nothing, sign out and sign back in.
This clears a genuine share of everything reported to us, and it takes fifteen seconds.
Check your credits and plan
A surprising number of "it stopped working" problems are simply an empty balance, because the symptom is not always a message about credits — sometimes something just refuses to happen.
Open your Dashboard and look at your balance. If it is at or near zero, that is your answer: why can't I send a message? covers what to do, and check your balance and usage shows where the month went.
Also check the thing you are trying to do is included in your plan. Building your own agent needs Pro; a phone number needs Max. Talking out loud is on every plan, so that is not the reason.
Check the connected account it depends on
If what broke involves your mail, calendar or files, the connection is the first suspect. They lapse quietly — a changed password or an expired authorisation will do it — and the symptom is usually indirect rather than an error about the connection.
Open Integrations and look for anything asking to be reconnected. Review, reconnect, or remove a connection walks through it.
Check your browser permissions
Anything involving your microphone — recording a meeting, talking to Orsola out loud — needs permission from the browser, and a refusal is remembered. If you said no once, the prompt does not come back and the feature simply will not start.
Look for the padlock or the camera icon in your browser's address bar and check the microphone is allowed for Orsola. On a phone, check Orsola's permissions in the device settings too.
Try a different browser or device
If the first four changed nothing, this tells you where the problem lives. Open Orsola in a private window, in a different browser, or on your phone.
- It works elsewhere — the problem is local: an extension, a cached session, or a browser setting. An ad blocker or privacy extension is the usual culprit.
- It fails everywhere — the problem is with your account or with us, and it is worth reporting.
Either answer is useful, and telling us which one you got saves a round of questions.
Pick the page for your specific problem
- Cannot sign in?
- Why can't I send a message?
- File will not upload, or Orsola ignored it?
- My reminder did not run
Still nothing that fits? Talk to a person — and take the answer from the fifth check with you.
