Credits are the main difference. 100 credits is a dollar's worth, and every plan uses them the same way — a higher plan is a bigger monthly allowance, not a cheaper rate.
You can also buy credit packs on any plan, including Free. Those never expire, so a heavy month does not have to mean a permanent upgrade.

Four things people expect to be paid extras and are not: recording meetings, tracking expenses, nutrition and talking out loud are all on every plan, Free included. The two that do need a plan are custom agents and a phone number.
A phone number is the one feature that costs on top of the plan. Max unlocks the ability to have one; the number itself is then charged in credits every month, out of the same balance as everything else, and calls and texts cost on top of that. A feature your plan does not include is not hidden. You will see it and be told what it needs, so nothing disappears from view when you move down a plan.
The free trial
Paid plans can start with a free trial. When one applies, you are shown the date it ends before you are charged anything, and the app shows Trial ends with that date while it runs.
Cancelling before that date means you are not charged. After it, the plan renews as normal.
Trial length depends on the plan you pick, and it is shown at checkout — that figure is the one that governs, so read it there rather than relying on a number quoted elsewhere.
