Buy extra credits, or top up automatically
Buy a one-off pack that never expires, or set Orsola to top up before you run dry.
Credit packs
A pack is a one-off purchase, available on any plan including Free, and the credits never expire.
| Pack | Credits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1,000 | $1.00 |
| Popular | 2,500 | $2.50 |
| Power | 5,000 | $5.00 |
| Complete | 10,000 | $10.00 |
The rate is the same across all four — 100 credits to the dollar — so a bigger pack buys more, not cheaper. Pick by how long you want to stop thinking about it.
Buy one
Open Subscription, choose a pack, and pay. The credits land on your balance and show under Add-ons on your Dashboard, separately from your monthly allowance.
They are spent after your monthly credits, which is the right way round: the pot that expires gets used first, so nothing you paid for is wasted at a renewal.
Pack or bigger plan?
- A pack for an unusual month — a run of long meetings, a burst of image generation. No commitment, and the leftovers keep.
- A bigger plan if you run out most months. It is better value repeated monthly, and higher plans also unlock custom agents and a phone number.
The plans, and what each one includes has the comparison.
Top up automatically
If being interrupted mid-task is the real cost, let Orsola buy for you. In Auto-charge, on Subscription:
- Turn on Enable auto-charge.
- Set a Trigger threshold — the balance at which it buys.
- Set a Recharge amount — how many credits it buys each time. Estimated cost per recharge shows what that comes to.
- Choose Save Settings.
Every top-up is the same size, so the recharge amount is what sets the cost of each one. Keep it to what an ordinary busy stretch needs rather than the most you could imagine using.
It needs a working card. If a top-up fails, it behaves like any other failed payment — see payment failed or card declined?
Where to go next
Check your balance and usage shows the split between plan and bought credits, which is the number worth watching.
