Download, rename, or delete a recording
Keep a copy of the audio or transcript, tidy your list, or remove a recording for good.
Find an old meeting
Open Meeting. Sort by date or name, or filter to today, yesterday, the last 7 days or the last 30. You can also search.
Meetings are named by date unless you renamed them, so if you record often, sorting by date and knowing roughly when is the fastest route. Your gallery filtered to Audio → Meeting is another way in.
Download the audio or the transcript
From the meeting's menu:
- Download Recording — the audio file.
- Download Transcript — the text.
- Copy Meeting Link — a link back to it in Orsola.
Worth doing before deleting anything, and before closing an account.
A copied link is not sharing. It points at the meeting in your account, and only you can open it — there is no way to give somebody else access to a recording.
Rename it
Rename Meeting from the menu. The single highest-value bit of tidying here: "Vance quarterly review" is findable in six months, "Meeting on 14 March" is not.
Delete it, and what that removes
- Choose Delete Meeting.
- Confirm — you are warned by name.
The meeting and its recording are permanently deleted: audio, transcript, and the summary and insights generated from it. This cannot be undone.
Download anything you want to keep first. If you want the write-up but not the recording, copy the summary out, then delete.
Deleting a meeting does not touch the conversation you were in when you started it, and it does not affect any reminder you created off the back of it.
If you recorded something you should not have
Delete it promptly — before you record other people covers the situation and what to say.
Where to go next
Your gallery of files, images, and recordings holds recordings alongside everything else, and is where bulk tidying is easiest.
